Type LANGUAGE=en after the texts in Target field. Apply and restart R (using the shortcut). You don&#039;t need to use the console.

If the language you want is English, it might be simpler to just delete the share/locale folder.</description>

I tried this and it works well, until now.
Go to:

C:\Program Files\R\R-2.14.1\share\local

and delete your language folder, and then run R.
